Does ABA Notes Pro support Spanish?
Yes! ABA Notes Pro has full bilingual support. You can switch the entire interface to Spanish with one click — all labels, dropdowns, buttons, and instructions display in Spanish. You can enter your observations in Spanish, and the AI will still generate the final session note in professional English.
What note formats are supported?
ABA Notes Pro supports multiple note types including RBT session notes, BCBA supervision notes, and various CPT code formats (97151-97158). Notes are generated in a professional narrative format suitable for insurance documentation and clinical records.
Is my client data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is protected with enterprise-grade security including encrypted connections, row-level database isolation (your data is only accessible to your account), and strict access controls. We never share your data with third parties.
Does the AI ever see my client's name or personal information?
No — client names and personal identifiers are never sent to the AI. When generating a note, only clinical session data is shared with the AI: the behaviors observed, interventions applied, session setting, and therapy evaluation. The AI is explicitly instructed to refer to the client only as "the client" and is never given a name, date of birth, or any personally identifiable information. Your client data stays in your account only.
Can I export my notes?
Yes! You can download any session note as a professionally formatted PDF. PDFs include all session details — client info, date, duration, CPT code, therapist name, supervisor name, and the full session note.
What is the referral program?
